Hello Friends,
This is my first blog, Let's see how many
ICD (IBM Control Desk) users and developers are going to take interest in this blog. I will cover as many points as possible with respect to ICD from very basics. These
are some points which I will cover in my blog.
- What is IBM Control Desk? Benefits of ICD.
- Architecture and TPAE Services of ICD.
- Planning and Installation including Clustering and
HADR.
- Basic Configuration for multi-Organization and multi
site setup.
- A process flow for different modules in ICD like
Service desk, Service Catalogs, IT Asset Management, Work Order uses and
Job plans, Automation, MIF etc.
- BIRT reporting with IBM control Desk.
- Integration with Some other products.
Just like the above points will add few more
as the blogs get the good response, So just wait for few days for my first
